Unleash Your Badass

We have what I believe is a badass hiding within us that needs to be unleashed. 


This is the limitless, fierce inner being waiting to be freed to make some serious impact in the world.


Follow these 5 easy steps to unleash your Badass…


1. Remove Toxicity


You have heard the saying that you are the 5 people you surround yourself with.  So if Lidia the life sucker brings you down every time you interact with her than maybe it’s time to say NO.

Start looking for and seeking out to spend time with people who share your values for growing personally, professionally and spiritually.  My ex used to make fun of my beliefs, my metaphors and my analogies.  I used to say it’s okay if you don’t believe, or don’t agree with or want to follow it.  What I am not okay with is putting me down or making fun of me.


2. Learn New Skills 


When you are driving the car, commuting or going for a walk, and you find you are asking yourself, “I would love to….”.  Then do it!  There are tons of books, courses and online programs you can take to improve or learn something new.  You’ll find that when you start to learn new things, you will attract similar people into your life.  This energizes you and makes you feel like you belong.

I like to learn how to bake bread from scratch.  It’s fun and my family love the aroma of fresh baked bread.

3. Become Stronger Everyday


Our bodies were meant to move.  We were not meant to sit all day long.  Physical activity not only boosts your immune system and releases endorphins which make you feel calm, peaceful and relaxed, you feel stronger.

Improve your mental toughness through meditation, visualizing and reading books that inspire.

Emotional health is dependent on forging deep human connections.  Take the time to spend uninterrupted quality time with friends and family.


4. Tune into your values


At least once a week, examine what your values are and how you are living up to your values.  For example, if you value courage, do something that you may be afraid of doing.  Seek out ways to expand your comfort zone by challenging yourself daily – live and breath your value.


5.   Kick Ass


Once you decide to change your life for the better, you can kick ass by making it non negotiable.  Once you decide on spending time with people who lift you up vs those who do not support you, say no to Lidia the life sucker when she calls you and wants to meet you for coffee.  The old you would have caved.  The new you does not hang out with life suckers!

I know you are a Badass.  Don’t negotiate!  Don’t give up your values!  Don’t be a weakling!  Don’t stand still!  Don’t hang out with people that don’t support you!

You’ve got this!  The universe has your back and so do I!
